Cancelation Policy

 

Waterwheel Japanese Koi Farm reserves the right to cancel any orders.

In the event Waterwheel Japanese Koi Farm does cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, and an email will be sent informing the purchaser of the cancelled order.

 

Customers may cancel an order up to midnight the night before scheduled shipping or collection of Koi. An email detailing the reason for cancelation is required before cancelation can be processed. A member of the team will then send an email confirming cancelation of your order.

Orders can not be canceled after midnight the night before delivery. 

 

In extreme circumstances, an order may be canceled after midnight, but this will be at the discretion of a senior Waterwheel Japanese Koi Farm staff member.

 

All canceled orders will be issued a full refund if payment has been made. A refund will be issued to the card that the initial payment was made on. Refunds will not be credited to a different card.

 

By purchasing Koi from Waterwheel Japanese Koi Farm you are agreeing to the above terms.
